- Unroll Small diameter tubing down the rows of trees.
- Unroll large diameter tubing for header line across the ends of rows.
- Cut tubing and push tubing into white fittings with a rocking motion. Putting some
soap on the tubing may help With black fittings just push tubing on all the way
then pull locking rings back snugly.
- Run cold water through system to shrink up tubing letting water flow freely out
the ends of each row or let set overnight.
- Make sure there is a little slack in the tubing every 5 to 8 trees.
- Punch holes with steel puncher using a quick snap action.
- Insert drip tubes or emitters, the single barbed end of the emitter inserts into
tubing.
- Slide figure 8s onto ends of lines. Bend over pipe and slide fig8 back over.
- Run system.
Lines may be buried if you like, this is not needed. At end of season uncap the
ends and flush the system. You do not need to blow air into the system. Do take
filter and regulator inside for winter.
