Arnolds' Red Honeysuckle

A very tough, adaptable large shrub widely used for dense hedge or screen. Arnolds Red will grow in most soils, except swampy types. It has red fragrant flowers in late spring followed by red berries in summer and fall. It grows in shady areas as well as full sun to a height and width of 10 ft. It's one of the few honeysuckles that is Aphid resistant. Arnolds Red can grow 1-3 ft per year and makes a great screen when planted 3-4 ft. apart.
